General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services

The condition for using the services is the full acceptance of the regulations in their current wording. We reserve the right to introduce changes to the content of the document for important technical, legal, or organizational reasons. Users will be informed of any significant modifications in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes have been introduced constitutes their acceptance. If the user does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to close their account at any time.

Formal requirements

Only a natural person who has full legal capacity and is 18 years of age or older may be a user of the platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user may only have one account. Creating multiple profiles by the same person (so-called multi-accounting) is prohibited and results in the blocking of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds accumulated in the system.

Data verification process

During registration, the user is obliged to provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Until successful verification is completed, some service functions may remain limited. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles us to close the user's Vavada Casino account.

If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted for resolution to the common court competent for the operator's registered office or the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with Polish regulations on court jurisdiction.
